COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle, 75cl corked. As 0275 Nytår 2012. It’s an unclear, golden beer topped by a small, dense, off-white head. The aroma has cellar, fruityness, oranges and apricot, and a sugary touch known from countless Belgian beers. It’s sweet and fruity on the palate, with a decent bitterness balancing things. Oranges and a faint biscuity maltyness too. Medium body, lacking a bit on carbonation I think. Bitter, orangey finish. Well, not my preferred beer for a big celebration, and far from the best from Bøgedal, but still a fine brew. 130308
