Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
Influenced by the war memorial at the summit of a hill in the Clough, which is overlooked by a beautiful angel.
A premium golden pale ale with an aromatic explosion of flavour - for the true bitter drinker.

Rather dull blond ale. Hoppy, but thin, even unbalanced.

an amber coloured ale, with a sweet fruit maly nose, and a bitter fruity malt flavour.

Cask at Head of Steam, Euston Light brown colour, good mix of hops and malt, I normally like everything from this brewery and this was no exception. Definitely a brewer to look out for.

Cute wooden pump clip. Copper colour. Sweet, bready, undeveloped malt nose. The palate is also malty, but dryer with a touch of bitterness developing later on. However, the sweetness returns and lingers on the finish. All seems a bit unbalanced. Not bad, but not really my favoured style of bitter - I prefer something crisper with more bitter grip. I wouldn’t have recognised this beer from the brewer’s description. Cask (handpump), Head of Steam, Euston, London NW1 (with Spiesy).
