Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, apple - apricot, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091228]

Cask handpull at Wenlock Arms. Gold, thin white head. It’s a blond beer with some decent hops. Bit of rose petal, apricot fruit. A bit earthy on the hops on the finish. OK

Cask@The Wenlock Arms, London. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is herbal, a bit wooden, grassy, floral and aso has some slight spices as well. Flavour is herbs, grass, bread, some mild spices as well as some slight caramelly notes.
