Cask, Micro Bar, Manchester. Pale and fruity (slightly cloudy) light and tasty. Fresh aroma, slightly chalky, peach flavours, some diacetyl in the finish, but this has a tasty sweetness late on, with just a hint of sugar.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2011 Cask at Cloisters. A blonde ale with a fair white head. Cereal aroma with lemon, pine, sweet caramel and yeast. Piney, yeasty flavour with puffed wheat and barley. Thin and not terribly hoppy. Nice dry finish though. Not my favourite single hop Citra beer.

Cask. A light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of diacethyl and fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of diacethyl and fruit on a lightly malty background, leading to a dry and lightly bitter finish.
3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Leighton (4094) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 1, 2010
Gravity cask at the Pig’s Ear. Pours clear yellow-gold with a faint, bubbly white head. Holds an absolutely beautiful aroma, pine, sappy, with fresh pineapple and light bread. Great flavor too, with woody pine notes, light spiciness, some lightly tart but sweet fruit juice, modestly bitter. Light to medium in body with fine to average carbonation. The finish is lightly sticky, with more piney hops, some fruity sweetness, and subtle malts. Really, really good.
