Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, keller, moderate hoppy, green grass, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20090715]

Cask @ New Oxford, Manchester. Golden with a small white head.Sweet nutty mal aroma. Some fruity flavors and some caramel. Boring.

Bright gold with an oily white film. Dull malt and hops with some faint diacetyl. Very nutty. Rank mouldy hop finish. Waht have they done to those lovely Goldings?

Peanuts and toffee, but weak, aroma. Almost clear dark gold with a lasting, thin, white lacy cover. Smooth, buttery caramel flavour with scotch tape hops, significant bitterness, and peanut. Light to medium body, moderate to low carbonation, slightly bitter finish.
