Bottle 330ml.
Unclear light to medium grey amber color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to heavy ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and ginger giner bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery to oily, carbonation is flat to soft. [20100409]

Bottle at Papsø. Hazy orange coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of ginger and citrus. Fruity flavour of ginger, citrus and hops. Hoppy finish.

Hazy amber with a tiny white head. Aroma had ginger, malt and herbal notes. Flavour had pepper, ginger, malt and herbal notes. Finished spicy.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is citrusy and ginger. Citrusy, dry ginger and light caramelish malty. Dry ginger spiced finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours a cloudy deep golden with a small white head. Lovely and distint ginger in the nose. Surprisingly thin body, a little fruit, lots of ginger and a rather dry and bitter finish. Interesting. 090410

Cask in the Market Porter. Alround rating: Big gingery hit, sweet pale malt, alcohol is fairly evedent, but the ginger rules the show. Nice one.
