500ml bottle bought at the MicroBar and shared with Finn as our last beer after a splendid drinking week in Manchester and (one day) in York. Initial huge, frothy white head, mostly disappearing. Cloudy golden body. Caramel malty nose. Sweet caramel taste balanced by herbal hops emerging towards a straight bittersweet finish. Slightly above par for the style, maybe (hotel room, Manchester 27.01.2013).

Had a pint of this whilst browsing through Microbar’s bottles. A fruity beer, golden in colour, a small white head, its a pleasant session beer, its not outstanding but its enjoyable.
