COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Cask; Regular. Brewed in honour of a local hero. From the August 17, 2007 North And East Manchester Advertiser: "A quick-thinking brewery worker has been hailed a hero after abandoning his deliveries to save a nine-year-old girl from drowning. Father-of-three Billy Hall, from Marlow Road, Moston was delivering to the White Lion Hotel in Hebden Bridge, Yorkshire, when he heard the cries of Jenni-Lea Finch, who had become trapped in a four-foot torrent of water as she paddled in the River Hebden. She had drifted too far down the weir and become scared after getting stuck. Resourceful Billy, 50, ran out of the pub and after grabbing a length of rope from his van, jumped in after her as others looked on helplessly."
