A Sim Rate (cask at St Albans BF): Smells distinctly of chocolate-covered pretzels. Hops, wheat, salt. Flavour is particularly bitter with a bitter finihs. Great to smell but not very good to drink. Looks like a straight-down-the-line lager. No head. No lacing.
