Cask, handpump at The Wellington, Birmingham, 14-12-09 Pours mid gold with a loose white head. The aroma appeared to be a little bit cheesy until I realised that the gentleman occupying the place at the bar next to me took a rather carefree approach to personal hygiene. There is a little bit of jiffy lemon in the mouth, its fruity, crisp and the hops start to really show, nothing particularly Christmas about it though. A6 A5 F7 P3 Ov13 3.4
