Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

Clear dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, toffee. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, burnt - roasted bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101202]

Cask (gravity dispense) at Pigs Ear Beer Festival, day 3 on 2 December 2010. Dark brown. Looks to be cloudy but a bit dark to see. Not much condition. Good chocolate character. Pretty tasty.
