UPDATED: NOV 8, 2006 Cask Stillage at the Falcon Centre, Barnsley 16/08/2001 Golden amber coloured with pear fruit flavours. Warming malty finish.

Faint gushing to huge yellowish head, collapsing; orange-amber beer. Citrus, bit sourish-lactic nose; faint spicey, corianderish aroma. Sourish, fruity taste, a tad citrus - more pineapple. Again very faint lactic - maybe a bit like cocoscream. Medium to well-bodied, slick MF. Very fruity-yeasty long aftertaste, not really new. It tastes a tad infected, but in a mild way. Very fruity, but not really something to enjoy a full half litre of.
