Im Geruch überwiegend malzig mit süßhopfigen Einflüssen. Startet süßlich-hopfig. Im Mittel leicht schale würzig-hopfige Töne. Bitterwürziger Abgang. Eher ausdruckschwaches Bier - nicht so mein Ding.Test vom 26.2.2011, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Grima (2122) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAY 9, 2011
In the glass strong golden yellow with a slight reddish tinge. The head has medium pores, it is shallow and short lived. The smell is fabulous sweet hoppy, it really smells like forest, meadow and nature. Absolutely amazing. The beer starts very hoppy (lots of aroma hops), subtly sweet, just delicious!! A slight bitterness is added, it all fits here! The aftertaste is marked by a fresh hop aroma, that tastes again very naturally and like forest / meadow. One of the most natural and best beers of Germany, which I had for ages! I take my hat off to Böheim for THIS AMAZING BEER!!!!

Schroppfy (2360) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 25, 2011
Baking powder biscuits in a beer! Wow, cracker dry! Super fresh and refreshing, intense lacing. Aroma is flower, herb - sharp and focused. Tastes like a variety of breads, has slight acidity smacking, but a lot of bitterness. The beer is crackery! Only slight sweetness. In the second pour the aroma becomes more earthy and rich, outstanding depth, fresh forest. Best before May 6, 2011, sent by Stefan! I want to go to this place and drink tap beer. This beer was a really great bitterness experience. Fantastic.

Bottle. Spicy honeymalt and crisp hop aroma. Golden, fine carbonation, creamy head. Crackerlike malt, could be slightly chewier, honey, light metallic grassy hops, a bit salt. Fine sparkly mouthfeel, honey on toast finish.

JorisPPattyn (8031) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - OCT 10, 2010
Copper-golden, metallic-clear beer under fluffy head. Strong, imposing honey nose, going over in soft-sweet grainy nose. More honey, with a sharp greenery lining, as a break, to near-bitterness. Light to medium bodied, watery finish after serious slickness. Bit "sleazy" beer, too much syrupy sweetness in the start, then a harsh break. Thanks, Jonas!

Bottle from Bierboutique Ölwechsel, Frankfurt. Clear amber with a good rocky head. Solid bready aroma with hints of grassy hops. Sweetish, spicy bread flavours. A bit too sweet, but otherwise quite drinkable.
