2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Koelschtrinker (7050) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 1, 2011

4.4 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Grima (1572) - Saarburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - MAY 9, 2011
In the glass strong golden yellow with a slight reddish tinge. The head has medium pores, it is shallow and short lived. The smell is fabulous sweet hoppy, it really smells like forest, meadow and nature. Absolutely amazing. The beer starts very hoppy (lots of aroma hops), subtly sweet, just delicious!! A slight bitterness is added, it all fits here! The aftertaste is marked by a fresh hop aroma, that tastes again very naturally and like forest / meadow. One of the most natural and best beers of Germany, which I had for ages! I take my hat off to Böheim for THIS AMAZING BEER!!!!
4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 Schroppfy (2328) - Łódż, Warsaw, Poland; Michigan, Ohio, USA - MAR 25, 2011
Baking powder biscuits in a beer! Wow, cracker dry! Super fresh and refreshing, intense lacing. Aroma is flower, herb - sharp and focused. Tastes like a variety of breads, has slight acidity smacking, but a lot of bitterness. The beer is crackery! Only slight sweetness. In the second pour the aroma becomes more earthy and rich, outstanding depth, fresh forest. Best before May 6, 2011, sent by Stefan! I want to go to this place and drink tap beer. This beer was a really great bitterness experience. Fantastic.
