Bottled. pale golden color, big foamy head. Clove and some citrus in the aroma. Banana and citrus in the flavor with some milky notes. Not unpleasant.

Draught at their brewpub. High white fluffy head. A booring grey clovdy color. Nice banana aroma with cloves. Fresh weissbier with some bananas in the taste and a tuch of acid to give it extra freshness.

Bottle, 4.9%. Good banana aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour is not so powerful as the aroma lets on. A little banana, semi-high bitterness. Quite dry for a Hefeweizen. Very clean, though.

Hazy medium grey yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate yeasty, rubber, fruity, banana, clove. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottle @ German Tasting Ulfborg. Pours muddy yellow with a small creamy head. Muddy, bland, dry and watery.

It’s unclear, golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of banana, clove and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of banana, yeast, clove, wheat and the finish is spicy. It’s very pleasant and harmonic.

Cloudy orange with a tiny white head. Aroma of banana with both clove and plastic phenols. Dry banana and malt flavour. Extremely strong carbonation
