i actually really really really like this beer... you need a lime with it, like every other mexican beer. i know i’m in the minority on this one, but if i see it on the menu at a restaurant chances are, i’m ordering it.
2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 Hammster (187) - Eagan, Minnesota, USA - OCT 16, 2007
Poured a very light yellow with a very small but vibrantly white head. Smell was grainy with a light hop note. Taste was smooth but like corn. Slightly bitter but at least the finish is smooth. What I expect from a Mexican beer.

Aroma of dish soap and something like beer, hmmm. Piss appearance after working all day, minimum head. Hits the mouth with a small body but with some hops, which isn’t bad, a watery finish. Like most mexican beer- ok on a hot day, ok for budget, avoid in the overpriced "exotic" section... and that’s not from "MEMORY"!

Bottle. Pale straw colored with a minimal white head. Pretty much just your typical Mexican lager. These are usually best served cold and with a slice of lime to give it flavor. As with most Mexican beers, good on a hot day after cutting the grass.

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

From the bottle. This is my favorite beer to drink when at a Mexican restaurant. Nothing too special, but goes with that sort of food. Don’t expect too much, though, because on its own it will disappoint with lack of flavor or complexity.

12oz at a Mexican restaurant - I remember this as my favorite light Mexican brew years ago but haven’t had it a long time. Pretty decent pils with a solid malt profile and nice hop presence. Palate is thin. I’ll drink it again.
