Certainly has a full bodied aroma, earthy and candy like. So is the flavor, candy sweet but remains a beer. Very little initial bitterness in this brew. I may even taste hints of chocolate in there, interesting and unique for a pilsner lager. Is there a country called Bohemia? I thought it was in Europe, not Mexico. During the finish there is a building industrial palate of bitterness, now that is more pilsnerlike!

Blond color. Light malt aroma, some malt flavor too. Ordinary, flawless, poor.

This is pretty good for a Mexican beer. Something of a Dark Pils. Large head is right -- overflowed the glass. I like the aftertaste.

UPDATED: FEB 16, 2009 I had this beer at a pub in Puebla, Mexico recently. Rather large head while pouring but overall good appearance. The flavor is typical of a Latin American dark brew and has a good aftertaste.

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of basil, fruits and spices. Flavour of fruits, spices and basil with notes of hops. Hoppy finish.

By no means an awesome beer. I’m sure you realize there are many better beers out there. I don’t know what’s up with the foil on beer. You’re guaranteed to get at least one piece in your mouth if you drink a few, so this beer is also poisonous and dangerous.

12 oz bottle. this is one of the better mexican lagers in the bohemian traditions. it is meant to be consumed in hot weather. definately i can taste the noble european hops. it has that pecurliar mexican lager wang, for sure. but that floral euro hop thing is happening. too. probably the best of the bunch as far as mexican lagers go. i am not sure i understand the low rating. Oh, yah, I dont understan how an italian pilsener rates tops. I gotta believe a czech pilsener somewhere is best..and that comes from a slovak. get real people.

Rated 7/26/07. Pale golden color with a small white head that leaves behind some lacing. Aroma was fruity and floral, with an obvious corn malt backbone. Flavor was essentially the same, sweet, fruity, and corny. Watery body. A little sticky. Not horrible, but far from great.
