Straw golden with sticky foam on the side of the glass. Aroma had grain and floral hops. Simplistic flavor but not unpleasant. Went well with Mexican food.

Pour a golden yellow color with white head that fades quickly. Aroma of corn, grains with some minor malt and hops. Flavor of malt and hops with a bitter hop finish.

Typical Mexican light beer. Pale straw color. Small, short-lived head. Aromas are sweet: corn, rice and wheat, maltose, floral hops, corn syrup, bubblegum, and herbs. Taste is sweet but not malty. There is a bright hop flavor without hop bitterness to speak of. Slightly herbal and medicinal, odd sugary aftertaste. Would be a good summer cooler or sessioner. Just basic beer but a tad sweet for my tastes.

10 Mar 06 - Sweet slightly spirious hop aroma. Clear yellow-amber, low head and poor lacing. Light malt and hoppy flavour. Bitter hop finish, a bit thin and a funny hop aftertaste.

bottle - Dark yellow, moderate but rapidly fading head. The aroma is of malts and very mild hops. The flavor is quite sweet and has very little hops noticeable, which seems a bit off if it’s supposed to be a true pilsener. It’s too fizzy on the palate. Overall it’s not too bad.

Darker yellow in color, with a white head that was nice until it dissapeared 2 seconds after appearing. Smells pretty fruity, like some oranges, lemons perhaps. Some spices are present in the flavor and are quite good. I won’t buy it by the sixer, but when in a Mexican Restaraunt, at least I don’t have to suffer a Corona again. It’d be a great lawnmower. I’m never a fan of foil tops. Doesn’t change the flavor i know, but dammit, its annoying and eliminates cool bottle caps. Boo Hiss.
