My buddy Sean loves this stuff. Then again, he loves Lone Star. Good only for getting drunk and removing panties.

For me, one of the better macro mexican lagers. Seems to go better with my meals at the restaurants I find this. Maybe the food is just better and a halo effect ensues?

Dark yellow/gold....soap ring. Scent is citrus, grain, herbs. Taste is dominated by a strange herb/spice aspect...rosemary? vanilla? Not harsh like a typical Mexican beer, slightly more refined, but still not really that good...weak, watered down.

330ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a finger of white head that settles quickly and leaves virtually no lacing behind. Aroma is grainy with some grass. Taste is cereal grain sweetness with some mild grassy hop bitterness. This brews best trait is its nice clean finish, but other than that it is just another typical macro lager.

This is light and pale and really easy to drink. Nothing particularly remarkable about this beer aside from its clean crisp nature that pairs well with spicy and flavorful Mexican food.

Malty with a hint of smoke and skunkiness. A very light touch of nut and caramel, but leading to a garbage like finish.

Pours a clear very pale gold with a thin, soapy white head. Aroma is cereal grain, grassy hops, fusel notes, bread and old hay. Flavor is light floury cereal grain, grassy hops, some malt sweetness, metal and old hay. Palate is light bodied, with a slightly dry, but slick feel throughout. Not very good, even for a pale lager.

Bottle: thin, yellow, fizzy. It’s got the sweet aroma I’d expect. The flavor is suprisingly malty... It’s good.
