Bottled. An amber beer with a tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and metal, and so is the flavor.

Bottle. Pours copper w an off white head. Nose is oxidized raisins and a bit vegetal. Flavor is brown sugar and raisins, not much else. Kinda like a Belgian strong ale without the yeast or high alcohol. Oxidized. Nice enough carb and body. Probably the most character of any beer I’ve has on this trip. A Shame about the oxidaton

Eructoblaster (2122) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - DEC 9, 2008
Bottle - 325ml. Pours a dark brown body with good carbonation and a thin off-white bubbly head. Malty/hoppy aroma with some sweet and roasty hints. Taste is relatively well balanced, but it lacks complexity. Ends with a short bittersweet finish. Compared to most of the beers from Mexico, this is drinkable.

Garrafa, junho/2008. Coloraçăo âmbar-escuro, creme branco fraco. Notas de malte torrado, porém muito leves. Suave demais essa cerveja. Poderia ter mais personalidade.

Creme pouco denso e consistente. No aroma e paladar, leve toque de malte torrado. Suave demais, poderia ter mais personalidade.

Puour rusty orange with a nice off white lingering head.. Aroma of malt and roasted grains. Clean, practically tasteless brew beyond a wee bit of maltiness. Nice finish is it reamins cold. Good backyard beer, or ice cold on a playa.

Bottle: I guess supposed to compete with Negra Modela but too sweet and lots of caramel in it. Body thin.

Bottle. And now a good Vienna beer from Mexico. And guess what: it’s not a Modelo-beer, but from Cuachtemoc Moctezuma (the brewery that makes the better beers in Mexico). this beer is amber coloured, without bubbles and without a head. The smell is malyu, light grainy, light in the nose. Maybe too light. The taste is OK but light. But there is a light stiff grainy and malty taste with a yeasty finish on it, making it a very decent beer.
