1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 zvikar (1327) - Ramat Gan, ISRAEL - APR 6, 2010
Brewed by Polczyn-Zdroj Brewer Polska (3.8% abv), 1L plastic bottle, pours like apple drink color with no head, faint aroma of malt syrup, caramel and corn (nothing offensive), watery mouthfeel with almost no gas, flavors of caramel, brown sugar and bitter finish, light body, more like a dortmunder.

Pet brown, 1000 ml
Appearance: Pours very bright, sunny, strowy yellowish blond body with perfectly clear body texture and moderate to lively (especially in the initial stage) carbonation, head is initially medium, foamy, snowy white, nicely looking with gently lacing, head decreases to a minimal froth on the body surface.
Aroma: Kind of strange, fuel, petrol, old overworked motor oil, sun flower oil, quite high alcohol as for its 4%, some wetness and rust, rather must be a low gravity beer, not nasty or bad but still not promising a good taste sensation. Notes of lemon, plastic, some watery sweetness, artificial flowery touch, thin.
Flavour: Very thin and low gravity beer, very refreshing, thirst quanching, notes of lemon and gentle sweetness being malty oriented, quite clean and fresh aftertaste with grainy notes of taste and sandy dryness impression on palate, not discouraging though, easy goinh, finish duration is rather short, very well drinkable and not bad, some slightly artificial scents and notes of cardboard (quite simpatic). Personally I like it as for a Pale Lager.
Palate: Body is light, texture is wattery, carbonation on palate is moderat, finish feel is very clean, not much alcohol present, some nice saltyness that I like about Pale Lagers and some gentle sweetness with grainy, dusty, cardboardy touch.
