Bottled 0,33L. Clear orange hazy color, medium bubbly aspcet, good head of medium resistance. Warm malty aroma, notes of cereals, alcohol, dampen grains. Overbanding alcoholic perception with a determinated malty body.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
330ml bottle bought at Restaurant Lazebna, Krumlov, Czech Republic. BB 20/8/2013. Poured a clear dark golden amber colour with no head and very low carbonation shown by a few small bubbles. Aroma of malt. Taste dominated by malt. Light body. Sour malt finish. Poor.

bottled, somehow ended up on my table at prague alefest though it wasn’t actually available at the festival, so thanks to whoever left it there. anyways, golden with plenty of sweetness - golden syrup and vanilla with a touch of sultana, then a lightly bitter finish tending towards woody

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Fancy relief bottle. Pours golden to slightly orange color with low white head. Aroma is sweet malty with hint of hops bitterness. Taste is malty sweet at first, but quickly gets killed by bitterness. Also includes hints of grass. Aftertaste is dry. I can’t put my finger on this one. On one hand I quite like it, on the other hand the battle between sweet malt and bitter hops is significant, there is no balance. I would also expect bock to be less bitter.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale yellow in colour w/ a small, quickly disappearing head. Little to no nose.
Medium body and carbonation, some hop and alcoholic notes as well. Soury yeast comes before the end, leaves a really nice bitterness at the end. Overally very good beer.
