Bottle, courtesy of Sigmund. Pours almost clear golden with a tiny white head. Strong chewy malty aroma, caramel and toffee. Taste is thick and sweet malty, with a light hop/alcohol burn at the end. Good in my bock.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Sweet bready malty aroma with notes of marzipan, woody and slightly herbal hops, as well as traces of alcohol. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready and slightly sugary malty taste with notes of butter and a tinge of woody hops. Sweet and shy bitter malt-accented finish with traces of alcohol. Okay but not particularly demanding. 08.IX.10

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, from a trade with Sigmund. An almost clear, deep golden pour. Two finger tall, dense shiny white head. Gently sweet, lightly toasted and bready malt aroma. Faint grassy hops. Taste is sweet and rounded barley malts. A light alcohol sting is noticable. Balancing bitterness underneath. Soft, almost creamy in the mouth. Well-bodied. Sweet rounded ending. Not a benchmark, but solid and tasty Heller Bock.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pale yellow in colour w/ a small, quickly disappearing head. Little to no nose.
Medium body and carbonation, some hop and alcoholic notes as well. Soury yeast comes before the end, leaves a really nice bitterness at the end. Overally very good beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Mad for Beer in Rome-Italy, with luttonm. The publican said this was the unpasteurized version, which I had not found on RB or elsewhere so I just can guess I am rating the right beer. Pours extremely cloudy orange-golden color, white tick head. Nose: milk cream, bread crumb, cookies. Mouth: herbal-bitter overall feel, sweet bread body, a wired (??) sour note.
