COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
After years traveling throughout Europe in search of the traditions that originated the first wheat beers in the Old World, the challenge was to captivate the demanding and fine taste of Brazilians. The result was a perfect recipe that is adequate to our climate and taste. After all this time, your Bohemia Weiss is back. This surely deserves a toast. Now you can appreciate this exclusive style whenever you wish. This beer is being produced in Brazil with the care and attention it deserves, and with all the ingredients that make it so special: the French wheat malt, hops and yeast from Germany. Bohemia Weiss is a wheat beer that presents a natural color, and refreshing aroma from fruit and spices.

Bottle, January 2010. A slightly hazy yellow/golden color with a nice white bubbly head. Aroma is some cloves and bananas, quite balanced. Tastes decent, with a balanced mix of malt, spices and fruit. Light to medium mouthfeel, easy to drink, very nice for the hot weather since despite being refreshing keeps some flavor. While not outstanding, it´s nice to see a Weis beer mass produced in south america, would certainly enjoy this back home.

Bottle. Pours a light hazy straw, with a good head. Good Weiss aroma of hay and citrus, with some notes of spice. Flavour is fruity, with a citrusy orange throughout the finish. A good, easy drinking Weiss.

Cerveja de trigo, turva, espuma clara e de pouca duração. Sabor leve e refrescante. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is wheaty malt with hints of fruit and spices. Taste is citrusy fruit malt and yeast. Body is quite thin and it is a little watery and also quite fizzy. Not too bad though considering it’s a product of the "evil" InBev.

Draught in Porto Alegre. Pours a pale yellow without tons of head, a typical "brazilian" hefe in that it’s lighter and more witte-like than hefe.

Cerveja de trigo, com sabor ,e aroma abixo das cervejas da mesma linha. Aspecto turvo natural deste tipo de cerveja. A espuma fraca, abate-se muito rápida. ão prende-se muito ao copo como deveria ser.

My brother picked this up for me in Brazil. YES! Transparent haze lemon yellow. Nice fluffy head. Seems to pour on the thin side, but oh well. Average looking hefe. The aroma isn’t extremely pungent, but pungent enough to catch a good whiff. Yeast, clove, and banana are all noticeable. A fairly nuanced beer. Um, the flavor is a bit interesting. A short lived yeast flavor. The banana and clove really don’t make the impression that I was hoping they would make. Flavor can almost make you think there are some sour parts to this, I just think this is due to the heavy yeast flavor. Slight banana flavor, but the yeast just dominates. A slight fruitiness, but overall, not an exceptional hefe, but I was happy to try. Not a creamy beer, but oh well.

Ainda deve muito às cervejas de trigo européias, mas possui aroma frutado e coloração amarelo palha como destaques.
