Faintly cloudy yellow, loose white head. Smells kinda lemon and grainy, and tastes kinda lemony and grainy. Also it was in a can. Lets see, what else. Um, the can had green writing on it. It was cold outside. I drank it at about 3:45 PM. from tronraner at the Maryville tasting.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Bright yellow pour, small head. Aroma is malty and grainy with notes of honey. Flavor is pretty standard pils. Certainly better than any macro around. Grainy, some hops and malt. Not bad.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Can... Mostly clear yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. Biscuity, sweaty, earthy aroma. Medium-bodied with tingly carbonation. Peppery, earthy hop bitterness keeps the pilsner malt sweetness completely in Czech (pardon the pun).Crisp, refreshing finish. Thanks to douglas88 for shipping the can my way!

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz. can in trade from douglas88- thank you! Served in flute- poured transparent thin yellow, hearty carbonation of tiny bubbles, foamy white head formed and stayed around for awhile. Aroma of a light malt and hops. Hits the mouth with a low-medium body, crispness and malt hits the tongue at first, then transititions to a note of sweetness in the middle, finish returns to the crisp state with notes of bitterness and is very refreshing. Very impressed with this brew!

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: SEP 21, 2008 On tap at the Bayou. Pours a clear golden with a nice white head. The aroma is mostly a nice biscuit malt with some light hops. The taste is true to the style a nice crisp malt with tons of grain and hints of hops. A little bit of sweet honey and maybe fruit also. Pretty good and quite enjoyable.
Can drank September 20, 2008. Again, a sweet honey and biscuit like body. Very quaffable and well-made. The fullness of the body and flavor are really nice. Simply an excellent Pilsner.

Found a 6 pack of cans at a gas station in Draper, UT. Looked interesting so why not. Surprisingly good, who would’ve thought good beer could come in cans? Stands to the Czech Pils style fairly well, slight subdued sweetness and just the right amount of hoppiness. And good brew from Utah, who’d have thought that? ;)
