COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Czech Pilsener (a.k.a. Bohemian Pilsner) is the purest of beers - in our eyes. Clear and golden in color, light and crisp in taste. Our lager is well aged from real Pilzen Malt and actual imported Czech Yeast from Branik - Prague, Czech Republic. Only the finest Saaz hops are used to emulated this outside-of Pilzen, Pilsener. Crafted after one of our favorite Pilsners, Pilsner Urquell - you won’t be disappointed in this true Czech beer. The closest thing to Bohemian Pilsner you can get without actually being in the Czech Republic.

Can courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a generous white head. Smells of dry pilsner malt, light pepper, touches of citrus. Tastes dry and bitter with alight spicy finish. An excellent pilsener!

UPDATED: SEP 21, 2008 On tap at the Bayou. Pours a clear golden with a nice white head. The aroma is mostly a nice biscuit malt with some light hops. The taste is true to the style a nice crisp malt with tons of grain and hints of hops. A little bit of sweet honey and maybe fruit also. Pretty good and quite enjoyable. Can drank September 20, 2008. Again, a sweet honey and biscuit like body. Very quaffable and well-made. The fullness of the body and flavor are really nice. Simply an excellent Pilsner.

Draught: Aroma of Pils Malts, Lemon, and herbal hops. Poured the color of dark urine, or apple juice, with a large, dense, creamy, white head that lasted throughout. Tastes of Pils malts, lemon, butter, cream, hops, and corn. Medium body. Chalky texture. Lively carbonation. Dry finish.

Found a 6 pack of cans at a gas station in Draper, UT. Looked interesting so why not. Surprisingly good, who would’ve thought good beer could come in cans? Stands to the Czech Pils style fairly well, slight subdued sweetness and just the right amount of hoppiness. And good brew from Utah, who’d have thought that? ;)

On Tap – Strong malt aroma with a light golden ale color. This was a German brewed beer with some nice flavor and crisp finish not a bad start to this brew pub.

on tap-pours a white head that laces and yellow color with effervescence. Aroma is grain, faint light hops. Taste is sweet grain, faint light hops. Nothing fancy but enjoyable. OK carbonation.

Poured a brilliant gold with a large white head. The nose was grainy with a bit o’ honey and a crisp floral zip. The flavor was stong with floral hops over a lightly toasted malt bed. The finish was crisp and dry with a slight hop bite. Bohemian Brewery has built a true-to-taste Czech-style pilsener. I was very impressed with the palatability of this beer.

Darker gold, thick creamy head and nice lacing. Light pils malts and hops. Flavors reverse from the nose. Pils malts come out in the lead. Good.

2004 NABA Festival: Clear golden brown. Light soapy head. Sweet fruity smell. Light and soft bitterness, with a hint of fruit.

NABA ’04: Pale clear lagerish, decent head retention. The aroma is lightly malty, a bit sweet. Distant banana & marshmallow again. Finishes watery.
