Found a 6 pack of cans at a gas station in Draper, UT. Looked interesting so why not. Surprisingly good, who would’ve thought good beer could come in cans? Stands to the Czech Pils style fairly well, slight subdued sweetness and just the right amount of hoppiness. And good brew from Utah, who’d have thought that? ;)

Aug 13, 2008 Can courtesy of douglas88. Pours gold with a generous white head. Smells of dry pilsner malt, light pepper, touches of citrus. Tastes dry and bitter with alight spicy finish. An excellent pilsener!

Mar 23, 2008 Updated: Mar 25, 2008On tap at the Bayou. Pours a clear golden with a nice white head. The aroma is mostly a nice biscuit malt with some light hops. The taste is true to the style a nice crisp malt with tons of grain and hints of hops. A little bit of sweet honey and maybe fruit also. Pretty good and quite enjoyable.

Mar 7, 2008 Draught: Aroma of Pils Malts, Lemon, and herbal hops. Poured the color of dark urine, or apple juice, with a large, dense, creamy, white head that lasted throughout. Tastes of Pils malts, lemon, butter, cream, hops, and corn. Medium body. Chalky texture. Lively carbonation. Dry finish.

On Tap – Strong malt aroma with a light golden ale color. This was a German brewed beer with some nice flavor and crisp finish not a bad start to this brew pub.
