Our Czech Pilsener (a.k.a. Bohemian Pilsner) is the purest of beers - in our eyes. Clear and golden in color, light and crisp in taste. Our lager is well aged from real Pilzen Malt and actual imported Czech Yeast from Branik - Prague, Czech Republic. Only the finest Saaz hops are used to emulated this outside-of Pilzen, Pilsener. Crafted after one of our favorite Pilsners, Pilsner Urquell - you won’t be disappointed in this true Czech beer. The closest thing to Bohemian Pilsner you can get without actually being in the Czech Republic.

Draught at The Beerhive, Salt Lake City, UT. Clear deep golden, brief head. As it wamrs Earl Grey tea-like hops gets ever more prominent. medium bodied with clean mouthfeel, some butter and hay. Quite sweetwith medium bitterness. All the flavours from a real Czech pilseners are there, but comparing with Czech craft brewers the malt profile is too hard, clean and uninviting.

On tap @ Bohemian. Clear golden pour with white foam. Bready malt and some sweet esters and cereal on the nose. Slight floral and grassy hops with mild bitterness on the tongue. Pretty refreshing and a good malt character throughout. A nice beer.

Thanks to douglas88 for this can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a stiff white head. Aromas of light citrus and grassy hop over light malt. A bit bready. Medium body with very substantial carbonation - but a soft lush carbonation. Flavor is lightly fruity and nicely bitter. Between the aroma and the flavors it’s a beer that makes a statement. Finishes mellow and mildly bitter. Competes well with the OB pils. Cept the can’s not so flashy.

Can poured a clear gold with a lasting white head. Aromas of straw, yeast and bread dough. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread dough and lemon zest with a smooth dry lingering citrus finish.

Can. Bright yellow pour, small head. Aroma is malty and grainy with notes of honey. Flavor is pretty standard pils. Certainly better than any macro around. Grainy, some hops and malt. Not bad.
