Thanks to Ibrew2or3 for sharing at the Tampa tasting I made a brief cameo. You guys rule! Brown pour with thin beige head. Aroma is light peat, hazelnut and roast. Flavor follows suite. Lots of flavor for such a small beer. Interesting concept a mild in a wax’d hand numbered bottle

Thanks IBrew2or3 for the share. Pours dark brown with a slight tan head. Nose is malt, some smoke, earth, some earthy cocoa, and a hint of wood. Flavor is similar with malt, smoke, lager, and earthy cocoa. Finish is lagery with a hint of smoke and yeast in the finish. This one works with several elements that I am not a fan of, but it is interesting overall.

Waxed bomber (bottle number 254/400) courtesy of douglas88, thanks. Pours mahogany with tan head. The aroma emits dark roasted malts, highly roasted malts, earthiness, semi spicy oaky wood notes and a bit of nuttiness. The taste is pretty full with dark roasty malts bleeding into nuttiness and then spicy oak and wood. Really nice roasty to burnt maltiness going on here that splinters out into spicy oak from time to time.
