COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our full bodied amber colored lager is a result of combining our fine Pils malt with more darkly roasted malt to brew what has become our most popular beer. Slightly more hoppy than our other beers with a very clean and crisp finish. This beer is hard to put down.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2007 Draft pint at MacCools Layton, UT. Clear and light amber color, nice spicy aroma. 1.5 finger head. Small body, slight clove-vanilla flavor with malt, and nice hop balance. Interesting beer, might seem low-bodied due to the low alcohol content.

For a Utah lager, this is actually quite tolerable. Reminds me of Samuel Smith’s London Ale a little.

GABF 2005: Orange color with no head or lacing. It had a sweet aroma but, nothing special to pick out. Taste was no good.

Poured a golden amber color with a nice white head. The nose was sweet with caramel and banana. The flavor had a nice balance of sweet caramel malts and stong piney hops. The finish was slightly grassy and dry. Not a bad Viennese, the finish was a bit harsh though.

Amber with a light head and spotty lacing. Malt and hops in the nose, very lageresque. Roasted malts, mild hops and citrus flavors. Very mellow.

NABA ’04: Copper color, light head. The aroma has some marshmallow & malt aroma, some faint dark malts. The flavor is similar with tropical punch. Weird vienna but refreshing & good.
