COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our full bodied amber colored lager is a result of combining our fine Pils malt with more darkly roasted malt to brew what has become our most popular beer. Slightly more hoppy than our other beers with a very clean and crisp finish. This beer is hard to put down.

Copper pour. LIghtly metallic aroma with some hops, honey and light yeasty notes. Flavor is also a bit metallic, light hops. Ok.

Can to a shaker glass - Pours rusty red with a medium head. Has a sweet nose and a sour egg taste. Has a malty backbone that is nice but the taste is just to sour.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2012 Can. Pours amber with a medium-sized off-white head. Aroma and flavor are grainy and a bit sour with an odd sweetness. Expected more caramel. Mildly hopped.

Served from a can. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head and just a touch of lacing. The nose brings some bread and quite a bit of grain. Very grainy and tannic, and this component is even stronger as it goes into the flavor. None of the caramelized malt or light sweetness that I would expect. Light body with average carbonation. Overall, far too grainy. Serving type: can Reviewed on: 06-09-2011

The aroma is dusty and slightly sour with grain and metallic hops. The appearance is hazy amber with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma with a bread like quality that turns into an astringent lemony bitterness. The palate is thin. Overall this is not good.

Pours a red amber color with a huge white head that lasts forever and ever.....and ever. Aroma is malts, corn, yeast. The taste is slightly fruity with a little bit of a metallic, watery aftertaste. It’s very light and tastes a step above a flavored water. It’s OK I guess, not really offensive but not a great beer.

12oz can from Douglass88. Mostly clear vibrant amber with a decent off white heat. Fairly light malt, bready with some yeast, corn and lightly sweet. Mild body and carbonation, bit doughy, somewhat sweet, not a fan of the aftertaste that leaves a bad macro lager over the palate.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2013 Murky amber colored beer with a thick foamy white head. Nose of unbaked bread with slight sweetness that is almost nutty. Taste is a little sweet with malt up front, which is pretty good, but then a funky aftertaste hits that lingers on the palate. This is a bit musty. It’s not offensive, but it’s also not altogether pleasant. After contemplating it a bit, it coats your mouth with a resiny flavor not unlike opium--not that I’ve ever tried that of course. Some good flavors are here, but also some not so good. Wish it were better.

Hazy golden color with a short lived white head out of the can. Thin, winey nose. Lots of water, wet grains and some cardboard. The finish has a stale lemon citrus note. Really not very good.
