Had this at the Bergrestaurant Schwedenstein in Steina. In the winter that’s the only place where this beer is available. Looks good in the glass, modest turbid, creamy head. Starts mild, a bit fruity like lemon and apricot. Becomes more and more yeasty without being too dry. Well balanced finish, quite drinkable. Not bad!

Draught. Fruity aroma. Malty flavour with medium bitterness. Nicely hop aromatic and with a good, naturtrübiness in both flavour and mouthfeel.
