Commercial Description:
Malty, amber-colored, pleasantly robust and mildly hopped, Amber Ale was originally a European "Workin' Man's Beer." But, nineteenth-century Europeans, from the Aristocrat to the hod carrier alike, soon discovered that this slightly dry "Workin' Man's Beer" tastes great. Whatever your walk in life, Amber Ale is the perfect toast to the "workin' man."

Dark amber pour with a foamy off-white head. Aroma and flavor of sweet roasty caramel malt and a touch of citrus. Unfortunately, that was about it. Highly drinkable, but pretty standard amber.

Draft at Brew Pub. Aroma was sweet malty amber ale. Amber body with dirty white head. Sweet malt were about it for flavor. Easy on the palate. From what I observed this was the ladies choice of beer from this place.

Light caramel malt and citrus aroma. Dark amber red color. Flavor is super light toasty caramel malt followed by a dry citrus bitter finish. A nice hoppy amber ale. Very drinkable.

Draft at the brewpub - Poured a dark reddish amber in color with a medium light tannish head. Aroma is malty, sweet and has just a hint of flowery hops. Flavor is medium hoppy with about the same in bitterness. Nicely balanced with the maltiness. Nice hoppy finish. I like it...

(SAMPLE FROM IRISHBOY OUT OF A GROWLER)clear amber body with a little white head that did leave nice lacing on the glass after a drink.aroma was mostly of butterscotch.flavor was much of the same with a little hops.honestly not to bad in my opinion.
