Commercial Description:
Don't let the name fool you. In this context, pale actually means copper, or light amber in color. This is the hoppiest of our house beers. Hops add bitterness, flavor and aroma to beers. This is the beer that the "hop heads" will appreciate.

Pours a clear dark gold color with a nice medium head. Aroma of citrus and grapefruit hops with a touch of malty sweetness. Nice hop bitterness in the flavor as well. Much hoppier than I was expecting from a brewpub/restaurant. This is actually pretty good stuff. I took the opportunity to enjoy several of them!

Nice aroma on this one. Very floral and perfumey. Pours a dark orange with a small velvetty head. Very floral flavor with a small amount of biscuity malt. Mostly over powered by the hops though. Rather bitter with a nice lingering dryness. A good APA. I really enjoyed the aroma.

Draft at the brew pub - Poured a dark copper-amber in color with very little head or carbonation. Aroma is fairly strong of citrus/grapefruit hops. Flavor is also good and hoppy with a medium bitterness. Finish is fairly bitter and lingering. The best of the lot...

On tap @ Boiler Room poured a clear golden amber with a small white head. Aromas of carmel and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of carmel and light citrus with a slightly bitter finish.

On tap at the Boiler Room - Pours a golden color with a light head that faded quickly. Light citrus hop aroma. Has a light malt, citrus hop flavor. Medium body. A little more hops wouldn’t hurt. Still, a decent beer.
