(Bottled) Clear copper color with a smallish, creamy and lacy head. Caramely-malty, slightly sour aroma. Toffee-caramely, neutral-sweetish, quite dull flavor with medium bitterness. Medium-bodied, a bit thin palate with foamy carbonation. A dull and simple example of the Belgian brown ale style I couldn’t care much less about...

25 cl bottle. Pours amber with thick white foam. Aroma of wet carton, yeast and hops. Tastes sweet, caramel and has a bit bittery finish.

Bottle 25cl. Pours a clear coppor colour with little carbonation and head.

Bottle at Brussels Beer Festival. Dark brown with huge head. Nose of chocolate and malts. Taste is chocolate, malts, sweet milk and vanilla. Milky sweet taste. Not my thing.

Bottle: Small off white head on top of a darker orange colored beer. Smell malts, herbs, hint of caramel. Taste is malty sweet with hints of nuts, hops, grains, some caramel, herbs, grass and a light hint of fruit. Short sweet bitter malty aftertaste. Low carbo, soft (light tingly) mouthfeel, low to medium body and a light watery texture.

Clear dark golden light orange colored beer with a big, thick, vast white head. Not much smell to it, just a little malty with hints of sour. Taste malty and grainy. Carbo ok, body low to medium.

Nothing special about this beer, good to drink. Nice palate and some spice notes. Small bottles from glimburger in maastricht

(bottle, 25cl) Clear, amber colour with a big and bubbling, tanned foamy head. Sweet caramel-malty aroma with bready notes and a tinge of metal. Sweet flavour with a whiff of sourness, medium to light bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Malt-accented taste with caramel and notes of bread crusts and marzipan; sweet malty and slightly metallic finish. Rather unconvincing. 15.XI.10

Amber coloured beer with a small white head. Strange but nice aroma, has something fresh, maybe a bit curry-like. Flavour is sweet but not overwhelming with the same spicy finish as the aroma. Not bad at all. (Bottle 25cl)

25cl bottle poured into a Chimay Trappist glass. Hazy dark orange with a small white cap. Aroma is brown sugar, slight biscuit. Flavor is sugary and malty with a bit of sour mixed in. Thin bodied, watery. Flat carbonation. Finish is slightly bitter, but mostly sour. Not very good.
