Bold City Chinook IPA with Grapefruit and Honey

I had to enter this separate, as it was my favorite beer of the night. This was a special cask of the Chinook IPA infused with grapefruit and honey. Wonderful smelling nose, full of honey and hops. Somehow, the grapefruit used manages to separate itself from the citrusy hops. Flavor is strong on honey and grapefruit juice. The strength of the IPA takes a back seat to these flavors, but is still noticable. Tons of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice in the flavor, possibly a little too much as it tends to mask the alcohol. A very good, and very balanced mix. Tasty!
