COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
If you are tied to lagers, this ale may be for you. It’s not malty and not too hoppy. Very light and refreshing.

Draft. Pours slightly cloudy gold with creamy off-white head; short retention and spare lacing. Aroma is faint; biscuit and cookie malts and straw. Flavor creamy with bread/cereal malts and light earthy hops. Medium body and carbonation with low warmth.

Pours yellow with thin white head. Nose is almost non-existent. Taste is watery but hints of bready malts and a little bitterness evident. Palate disappears quickly.

Straw yellow with creamy white head and lace. Light malt and earthy hops. Dry malt, hay, and a light earthy hop bitter. Light/medium bodied with good carbonation. One of the better commercial cream ales I’ve had.

The aroma doesn’t have much it does have a bit of adjunct type malt and grass. The appearance is pale gold with a large head and a slight haze. The taste better than the aroma with a citrus element to go along with ample malt. The palate is thin. Overall another good offering from Bold City.

Tastes a bit like hay. Weak flavor with a slight fizziness. Not much on the bitter front. Still it’s drinkable.

Jacksonville, Fl - Buffalo Wild Wings - on draft. Medium gold pour, light white head, wee bit of lacing. Pretty much of a neutral aroma, just a hint of fresh lake water. Flavor is crisp with some buttery notes, a bit of spiciness with some saffron. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.
