caramel and hint of cocoa with a bit of vanilla and a dominant taste of plastic. smooth with substantial and frothy head with essence of scratch. still tastes like someone took whatever was handy and made beer. someone who really knows what they are doing.

ExpendableHero (764) - Florida, USA - OCT 19, 2014
This was nice. Nutty brown colored beer with an off-white head. Aromas of toasted grains and some caramel. Tastes of hazelnut, woody notes, some toasted grain flavors, and sweet caramel/butterscotch. Sweet, nutty finish. Surprisingly refreshing and quite smooth.

Draft. Overly sweet aroma. Standard brown color. Not bitter at all, in fact, too sweet.

sethdude (702) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Pours hazy cola red/brown, thin head, medium lacing. Aroma is sweet, cake batter and rye toast. Flavor is initially sweet and roasty (think English Mild), followed by moments of dandelion and grass. Again, the feel here is mild rather than Nut Brown, and the ABV is extremely well hidden. Thanks Daniel (CheesedMan) for the share.

Brown pour with a hinto red and creamy light tan head and lace. Aroma of light chocolate and roasted malt. Sour malt, light chocolate with a dry finish. Thin watery and fizzy.

On tap at Kickbacks for the RBWG. Great aroma, strong oak with raisins; stong alcohol in the body. Become better and stronger in the warming.

Keg at Kickbacks, RBWG - thanks Matt! Pours clear, dark brown with a light, beige cream head. Nose holds dark fruits, butterscotch, toffee. Medium sweet flavor with mild dryness, lightly tangy dark malts, bits of alcohol, some rich bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly warming finish, some sticky sugars, dark berries, apple, pineapple. Novel.

phaleslu (6665) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - DEC 17, 2012
Draft at Kickbacks, served in a footed glass. Pours a cloudy brown color with gold highlights and a small off-white head. The aroma shows some tart fruits right away (not a good sign) that give way to oak, vanilla, butterscotch, and toasted caramel. The flavor is the same. Super light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry mouthfeel. Leaves the palate in an instant. Might be showing some mild signs of infection.
