COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The American IPA is a different soul from the reincarnated IPA style. More flavorful than the withering English IPA, color can range from very pale golden to reddish amber. Hops are typically American with a big herbal and / or citric character, bitterness is high as well. Moderate to medium bodied with a balancing malt back bone.

Can to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs; thanks burg326). Looks solid; malty though. A cloudy brownish orange with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells of fairly sweet pale malt and hops - in that order. Tastes like it smells with a it of citrus and a solid mouthfeel that falls on the dryer side. Not bad.

Not bad. Dirty amber pour white head. Floral and orange some pine aroma and taste. Caramel and honey? Pretty sticky. Not as clean as I like my iPas. Light body light to medium carbonation.

From the can. Pours a light copper with a thick off white head. Smooth clean malt taste with a nice light resiny hop taste. Herbal, earthy hop aroma. Very nice IPA.

This beer was okay. Hop was not West Coast but English style. Grassy and floral aroma. Mild bitterness. Not enough malt. Finish a little tangy.

Straight from can. Appreciate the name of this beer as a Floridian. A very mild IPA.

Biscuit and faint hop aroma off the pour. Taste is bitter and astringent hops up front with a sweet malty cracker taste. The malt shines and gives some good backbone in addition to sweet bread and oats. Could use more hops but the sweet malt finish is nice.

Incredibly hoppy. Too much perhaps. Too thick and bitter. Well brewed though but extreme.

Taproom, pours orange-copper with white head. Aroma is honey, floral, caramel, diacetyl, not very hop forward for an IPA. Taste is caramel, nutty, floral. Bitter finish with a medium light body. Malt backbone was there but it seemed to lack the hop flavor and aroma of an american IPA.

Can from Beer:30 in Jax. Copper-orange pour with a big fluffy off-white head. Aroma is sweet citrus. Tastes are yeasty bread malts, grassy, floral, caramel, honey. Lightly bitter.

12 oz can courtesy of jcwattsrugger. Pours a hazy amber color with a one finger off white head. little bit of lace. Malty aroma with some pine. Semi sweet up front with some hoppy bitterness, but it’s quite flat. Not much zip to it. Medium bodied. Ok, nothing to exciting
