COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our lightest beer; is an American White Ale. Brewed with white wheat malt, Coriander and Bitter Orange peel. This refreshing Ale is pleasant on a hot summer day or a fall afternoon. Try it with wedge of Orange.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy straw with a thin white head. Spicy coriander nose, yeasty and floral. Body is very light and spritzy. Spicy and wheaty flavors, a small citrusy bite. Very refreshing and tasty.

Slightly hazy. Very floral and spicy in the aroma with a slightly footy yeast note. Fresh, wheaty palate with a herbal accent. Bitterness is light, finish sweetish and refreshing.

Draught, brewery taproom. Bright gold, healthy fresh aroma. Lively carbonation. Slight huskiness. Really fresh. Orange peel and juice add complexity. Very nice.

Pours a light yellow color with a white head. Nose is some lemon and bitter citrus. Flavor is fairly chalky, along with the typical orange, corriander and wheat. Something is bready and chalky in there, though. I don’t really like it.

On tap at Bold City Brewery tap room in Riverside. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a thin, white head. Nice witbier aroma of coriander, cloves, orange peel, and yeast. Taste is a little muted and more like Blue Moon or a macro witbier than a true Belgian delicacy. Watery to creamy mouthfeel, nice spice and citrus in the body, long bitter aftertaste. Gets creamier with time.

Sample at the brewery tap room. Cloudy pale golden beer with a white head. Mild aroma of spices and yeast. A little bland, light body, and low abv. Orange peel bitterness and citric astringency is notable. Not bad, but not my favorite of their offerings. Others seemed to like it better than I did.
