2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Wegman’s Leesburg. Pours the color of light urine with almost no head. Leaves no lacing. Light on the tongue. Light apple on the nose. Faint apple on the tongue. Slightly on the tart side. Even by cider standards this is mind of boring.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle sample @ Bold Rock. Very light gold pour, nearly absent of color. The nose is super sweet green apple. Tart candies. The taste is more tart green apple. Juicy, a bit on the sweet end of the spectrum. Light body, soft carbonation. Overall, solid. Nothing complex.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled side by side with the virginia draft. Both pour a nice clear pale yellow, but this one is just a slightly lighter hue. Nice cider, and a touch on the sweet side for sure. But not sugary. And this one has more of an acidic bite to balance it out. Has a semi sharp bite on the tail. Just the right amount i’d say. I’d rather give this to a girl than a woodchuck. These two ciders are damn near identical though. I REALLY had to work hard to find the differences, but they are there.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Mother in-law loves this so I thought I’d buy a bunch for the wedding. Got a ton leftover so now i’m sitting at home chugging them in front of the TV for a week straight. Smells like apples and tastes like apple juice! Nice low boost.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured as a 2 oz sampler at Virginia Beer Live 2013. May have been suffering from palate blowout. Fairly sweet with only a little tartness, tastes of granny smith peel. Too sweet for my palate.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Wine Sellar. Gold pour with minimal head. This was a lot like the draft cider, maybe a tad sweeter, with apple and less tartness overall.
