This poured a very light yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of fresh red apples, light champagne. Flavor was similar, but a bit too sweet for my liking. Seems like sugar was added.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz bottle, shared by Lindsey. Labeled 4.7%. She said there was also a green apple variety that she didnít bring, besides this one... I remember the bottle being labeled simply "Bold Rock", so Iím assuming this is the right beer. Clear golden color. Thin bubbly white head. Very little lace sticks. Nice fresh crisp apple aroma. Reminds me of the fuji and gala apples I like to eat. Sweeter taste, not too sweet. Medium body. Light to moderate more crisp carbonation. Lightly dry texture. Solid cider.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sampled at VA cheer & beer. Pours hazy, champagne golden hay. Very fresh, slightly tart apple with a nice, natural sweetness that avoids being cloying. Over all very natural green apple aroma and taste.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Somewhat shocked to find this on tap now at Richmond Volleyball Club. But a pitcher of cider after a game of volleyball seemed like a good idea - and it was. Poured a pale clear yellow, little to no head of course. Aroma of apples. Flavor remarkably strong of apples - fresh and clean. Not watery like many ciders, and didnít veer into the funk like many ciders do that are trying to achieve flavor. Found that I really liked this one.
