Bottle. Sweet, slightly spicy aroma. Clear copper colour. Very big, very stable, creamy white head. Sweet peppery flavour with some rough/sharp bitterness.

UPDATED: APR 17, 2010 (Bottled) Almost clear golden with a smallish, partly lasting head. Sweet-sourish, toffee-malty aroma with gingery spiciness. Slightly sweet, crisply ginger-spicy and lemony-fruity flavor with a bitter and acidic finish. Hides the alcohol pretty well. Medium-bodied, crisp and fizzy-foamy-carbonated palate. Fair trade is nice, but I don’t think this one will ever be a success in the beer market.

Amber colour, muddy body, medium stable cream white head. Malty, metal, light citric aroma. Light bitter, malty and light hoppy flavour, spices, some metal. Dry and lemon finish.

brewed with quinoa and cane sugar - hazy amber-orange colour with a little, unregular foam; aroma of tangerines and cane sugar, some bready notes in the background; medium to full malt body, decent bitterness; very dry and bitter fruity finish

Bottle. Yellow and cloudy in color with a nice fluffy white head. Citrusy lemony aroma. Malty and citrusy flavor. Finish is lemony.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with an extra large head. Aroma is lemon and some grain. Taste is lightly citrus with wheat. Tastes a bit like Bud with lemon.
