Bottled. A deep red beer with a bubbly brown head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit and phenol as well as lighter notes of apples, caramel, spices, and bread. The flavor is very sweet with a slightly acidic edge and with notes of apples and phenols as well as lighter notes of bread and caramel, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 7.5% at the Snuffel Hostel in Brugge. Hazy brown colour with small floaties. Small, stable, creamy light brown head. The flavour is slightly sweet with a quite bitter roastedness. Seems to get a little sourness from the hops. Hint of yeast and alcohol in the aftertaste.

Dark amber color; nice head. Quite nice malty aroma. It tastes really like a homebrew stuff, with too much yeast impression; there is also a lot of caramel, it’s pretty dry. At the end the alcohol burns too much the tongue; the bitterness is high.
