Bottle. Pale yellow colour with a white head. Sharp acidic aroma - notes of pineapple at first, but quickly turns to dry malts and pumpkin seeds. Interesting, yet not that delicate. Flavour is dryish and slightly bitter. Some malts. Pumpkin seeds here as well. Slightly metallic finish. Hops in the finish as well.

Das Flaschendesign ist natürlich geil. Das Bier ist ziemlich herb, ein bisschen bitter, leicht süßlich und grasig-hopfig. Der Nachgeschmack ist herb und bitter. Schlecht ist es nicht das Werner Bier, aber die Aromen könnten noch ein kleines bisschen besser aufeinander abgestimmt sein, denn im Geschmack könnte die Flensburger Brauerei doch noch einiges positives rausholen. Fazit: Gut trinkbar, gehobener Durchschnitt. Test vom 20.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,10,10,11,13,10 - 10,20

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with medium head. Aroma is grainy, dry malt, peppery and dusty hops, nutty, metallic notes, low body, boring, very peppery at the finish.

Flaske 0,33l fra Getränke-Quelle i Göttingen. Fortært på rom 304 i Hotel Intercity, Göttingen 11 Mar 12. Åpner med et lite smell. Lys gulaktig gylden med litt skum som fester seg til glasset. Underlig aroma. Blanding av malt & krydder med innslag av parfyme. Smaken ditto. Tung syrlig ettersmak. Ikke god.
