My x-mas beer no 40.2011.Hazy amber colour with light budy,mild spicey with taste of yeast and hops,feels watery and thin with wheak body and short finish.

Clear reddish amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, sugary, yeasty and a little grainy. Aroma is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 011211

light malty and spicy aroma,brown, hazy, off white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, nice dry finish.

Medium brown coloured and hazy. Has an off-white hea, fully lasting. Aroma is heavy malty, nutty, milk chocolate, caramel, faint laqurice. Heavy sweet flavor, finish light bitter. Syrupy texture and flat carbonation.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Muddy brown colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Roast more than esters and spice. Light bitter and sweet nice spicey flavor. Average light bitter cinnamon and coriander notes. Average finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, spices, malt and hops.
