Bottle. Pours bit hazy yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is yeast, elderflower and citric hops. The flavour is quite bitter with notes fo wheat, elderflowers and citrus. Light dusty overall.

270811: Hazy yellow color with good white head. Tastes like my first ale with that too much yeast flavor and too much carbonation. It seems that you have used a cheap dry yeast.

Botella. Hazy yellow like colour with a medium bubbly white head. Sweet fruity elderflower spice like aroma. Good mouthfeel. Sweet elderflower fruity spiced bit flavour. Ok bitterness.

Yellow hazy with white head.
Nose is honey and elderflower.
Taste is like a belgian yeasty spicy ale.
Quite creamy. Ends a little watery. No real bitterness.
The honey-fhing is there in moderation. Well made and flavorfull. Unfiltered - a bit sweet. Fine brew.
Surprised in a positive way.

Light brown coloured and almost clear. Has a white head, medium duration. Aroma is sweet, light bread, malty, faint herbal notes, dry. Flavor starts moderate sweet and finish moderate bitter. Dry, creamy texture.

Bottle,5.2%. The aroma starts off metallic, but turns grassy and refreshing. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is slightly sweet with a refreshing, grassy hop note. A hint of fruit makes it less clean and crisp than it could have been - probably the elderflower.
