Brown, hazy and beige lasting head.
Caramel nose but a bit weak.
Taste is caramel and toast.
Some bitterness ends it all.
Simple. OK smooth.

light soy sauce aroma,amber, cloudy, off white foam, light sweetness, lightly bitter, salty, light body, oily feel, lively.light salty finish.

Dark amber coloured and hazy. Has an off-white head, mostly lasting. Sweet malty aroma, some odd yeasty notes too. Flavor is sweet, faint salt and boullion, moderate bitter finish. Creamy texture and lively carbonation.

Bottle. Hazy brown/amber with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, little chocolate, little dry, little nutty and notes of acid.

Bottle @ Voldby Beerfest. Pours hazy brown with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, yeast. Taste is malt, caramel, light fruit, yeast. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry finish. 270811

500 ml bottle, from Ølkonsortiet, Aalborg. ABV is 5.2%. Brown colour, large to moderate off-white head. The aroma has notes of brown malts, toffee and nuts. Also hints of wood and "dusty" hops. The flavour has a nice malty character throughout, but is not very sweet. Notes of brown malts and nuts, hints of fruit, very moderate but noticeable hops in the finish. Drinks well. At least it is better than Newcastle Brown Ale.

Bottle. High creamy and lasting off-white head. Clear dark brown body. Sweet malty caramel aroma and flavor with low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

Cloudy orange red coloured with a small off-white head.
Fruity aroma of caramel, dark chocolate and spices.
Fruity flavour of caramel, hops and grass with notes of chocolate and berries.
Dry hoppy finish.

Unclear brown of color with an off white head. An aroma of sweets, bread and grainy. A flavor of malt, caramel, weak sweets and grainy.

It’s slightly hazy, dark copper with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and nuts. The flavour is moderately sweet with notes of loads of caramel and roasted malt, a little fruit and nuts, that becomes more and more clear towards the finish. It’s soft, pleasant and delicious.
