Dark yellow coloured and hazy. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Sweet, yeasty aroma, light bread. Flavor is heavy sweet and finish moderate bitter. Syrupy texture and soft carbonation.

Botella. Hazy golden colour, white head. Sweet aroma, toasted caramel with yeast and malt along with some spices. Ok mouthfeel. Sweet dark caramel toasty malty, yeasty and bit fruity flavour. Sweet. Soft bitterness.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, yeasty and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 070412

It’s hazy, warm golden with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of coirander, yeast, fruit and malt. The flavour is sweet with notes of yeast, malt, fruit,coriander, and I find light citrus in the finish.

Nose is a bit on the weak side. Some estery yeasty spicy notes.
Taste is fruity and yeasty.
Very sweet. A bit too simple for a tripel.
