Unclear yellow of color with a white head. An aroma of yeast, earth, soap and weak hops. A flavor of bread, bitter, citruspeel and dusty.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma has some rather vague hops, faint citrus and some passion as well as yeast, soup and caramel. Taste has some dryness and some bitterness, lemon peel and some quite dead hops in the end.

Bottle. 9 months past ’best before’. Thanks to Enjoyit. Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow with a firm white head. Aroma is tart and dry with notes of yeast, a candy sweetness and hops in the background. Flavour is tart, dusty and yeasty with hops in the background. Tart, sweet and bitter finish. Kinda crappy and not very APA-like; more like a wheat beer. Granted, it was 9 months past ’best before’, but a well-made APA shouldn’t be like this even after this long. 10.02.11.

Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus soap and some weak hops. Taste is grapefruit, lime lemon peel and hops. The Amarillo hops was pretty bankrupt.

Bottle. Golden-yellow colour with a white head. Aroma is malt, citrus, fruit, lemon. Flavour is malt, citrus, fruit, lemon, hop, pine. Medium body. OK beer.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Perfumic, berry, orange, peach aroma. Crisp carbonation. Some fruity bitterness, spicey, a bit perfumic with notes of elderflowe. Decent one from Bøllingsø.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2010 Bottle. A hazy, yellowish golden beer with a creamy off-white head. Looking almost like a witbier. Fruity, piney nose with something reminiscent of sourness. Dry in the mouth, medium body. The flavor has a fine bitterness, considering the rest of the beer at least, with piney, fruity hops and some malts. A rather boring one, but quite drinkable. The bitterness is probably the best part of this one. Rating: 5-3-5-3-11-2.7. 100814
Bottle, from trade with Papsoe. It’s a very pale beer, almost yellow, clear, and topped by a small, dense, off-white head. Slightly chalky on the nose, but mostly it’s lemon peel. The malts are in the far back. The flavor is of the citrusy kind, with a little touch of pale malts in the back. Quite low on bitterness, just as the commercial description says. I would prefer more bitterness, but I guess that wouldn’t suit the market. Anyway, it’s pleasant and quenching. 100924

Bottle.Pours clear golden yellow with a nice white head.Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, malt and some chalk .Flavor is sweet malt, fruity and citrus hops.Medium bitterness, average carbonation, medium body.Nice hoppy pale ale.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a creamy white head. The aroma is spicy hopped with notes of fruit and caramel. The flavour is quite hoppy with spices and caramel notes.
