Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Favourite Beers, Cheltenham, Gloucs. Gold with white, full head. I was initially quite worried with this as there was a deposit around the neck ring and I wondered whether the cap was fully sealed, but I was soon put at ease. The beer is light and bright with a fresh, green hoppy note, freshly cut grass with lemonade came to mind. The malty body was crisp and biscuity. All in all a pretty pleasant BCA.

Cask at The Vale Inn, Bollington. Clear amber gold with a thin white head. Another solid bitter from Bollington. Nice fruity hoppy flavour with a touch of vanilla and cream soda, hint of tobacco. Quite enjoyed this.
